We do not publish a figure. Everything else is here: the terms you would be agreeing to, the two units the price is built from, and what moves it.
Month to month
There is no annual contract to sign before you can start. You are committed for the month you are in, and that is the whole of it.
Add or drop any month
Switch a module or an AI employee on the month you want it, and off the month you don't. Nothing waits for a renewal date twelve months out.
No setup or implementation fee
Nothing is charged to get you running. No onboarding fee, no implementation fee, no charge for loading your records in.
No per-bed or per-seat math
You are not billed by the bed, by the resident or by the login. Fill a room, hire a caregiver, give an administrator an account, the price does not move.
Export at any time
Residents, financials, reports and documents export to CSV, Excel and PDF from inside the product, whenever you want them. You do not have to ask us.
No lock-in, no exit fee
Leaving costs nothing and you take your records with you. Nothing is held back to make going harder than coming.
The one thing left is the figure, and you get it in thirty minutes, for your community, with the terms above attached.
Where the number comes from
Two units, and nothing hidden behind them
The platform is priced per community: the whole system of record, at one price for the building. Each AI employee you switch on is priced per role. There is no third unit.
What moves your number is how many communities you run and which roles you hand over. Nothing else does: not your bed count, not your resident count, not how many of your staff sign in.
We are not holding the figure back to qualify you, and there is no table you are being kept from. The plans below differ by what they switch on, not by how big you are, so the price follows the roles you choose rather than a row you happen to land in. Book the thirty minutes and you leave with the number for your operation.

HIPAA-compliant role-based access, per-organization data isolation, multi-facility support, an audit trail under every action, hourly encrypted off-site backups, and export to CSV, Excel and PDF. None of it is an upsell. PEOPLE - AI Workforce signs a Business Associate Agreement with every community, and holds no SOC 2 report or HITRUST certification today, which we say rather than imply.
