Terms and Conditions

The full Terms and Conditions and Master Subscription Agreement for PEOPLE AI Workforce are being prepared and will be published on this page. Until then, this is what the agreement covers and what holds for every order placed online.

What the agreement covers

  • The subscription: the operating system per community and each AI employee per role, at the prices shown on the order.
  • Fees and billing: monthly, in advance, for every community and product on the order, plus applicable taxes.
  • Term and cancellation: month to month, add or drop any month, cancel at any time with no exit fee; charges already billed are not refunded.
  • Data: your records stay yours and export to CSV, Excel and PDF at any time, during the subscription and after it.
  • Data protection and security, and the Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA, signed with every community before resident information is entered.
  • Support, uptime and what happens when either side needs to change the agreement.

In the meantime

  • Paying by card at checkout starts the subscription that day, billed monthly in advance; the agreement and the Business Associate Agreement follow for signature. An order placed without a card is a request to subscribe, and nothing is charged until the payment link sent with the agreement is paid.
  • The terms stated on the pricing page hold for every order: month to month, no setup or implementation fee, no per-bed or per-seat math, export at any time, no lock-in and no exit fee.
